Kristy Smith
Kristy is the Pastor's wife, Youth leader, and is over the Church Praise Team "Forgiven". She also sings specials, helps run the sound system and has been in charge of our Christmas and Easter plays for several years. She does a great job at all she does and is a blessing to the church!!
If you are looking for a "Perfect Church" you won't find one, but if you're looking for a church where the Gospel is preached and the Bible is taught, come see if we may be what you're looking for. I Love My Church Family!

Greg Welsh
Greg is a Godly young man who is a willing worker for the church. He leads the Royal Ambassador class for boys in grades 1 - 6 and does a fantastic job. He is also in the Youth group, Drama Team and is working with the VBS Puppet Ministry. He has a heart for Christ and helps in the church wherever he is needed.
 Welcome, I hope your experience to the Dailey Street Baptist Church web site is just what you expected. Our church is an exciting place to worship God and to get to know Christian folks. Young to elders are invited...classes for all. NOBODY IS TURNED DOWN. We love all. Hope to see you soon...God Bless!

Treva Hanvey
I teach the children's Sunday school class and my sister, Rita Parker, is my side-kick. We try to make learning about God as fun and exciting as we can. I am the VBS Director this year. God has given me a love for children and has even blessed me with a job where I am around 350 children each day. God has something special for each of us to do. If God isn't working and moving in your life, it might be that you aren't doing anything for Him.
We are a very loving, caring, and praying church. If you are looking for a church come check us out! We have a great Pastor, Bro. Tim Smith, his wonderful wife, Kristy, and his three wonderful children, Kalum, Logan, and Brianna.We will have VBS June 27th - July 1st from 6:00 - 8:30 each night, with classes for ages 4 years to Adult. ALL ARE WELCOME! Our theme is "TREASURE QUEST - Pursuing the Riches of Christ". Our lessons for each night are on finding true treasure and riches in Christ through His Word. We can have all the riches and wealth in the world but without Jesus in our life, we have nothing. The purpose and goal of our VBS is to reach boys and girls for Christ. We are all working together as a team to have a successful VBS. We have had great ones in the past and are looking forward to even a better one this year.

Michelle Welsh
Michelle is a good helper. She and her sister, Christi, teach the Girls in Action Mission Class each week. She is willing to step up and help wherever she is needed. She is active in the Youth group and the Drama Team. She is a real blessing for DSBC.

Arlene Minter
I was born and raised in Marietta, GA. I moved from Douglasville, GA to Piedmont in 2005 with my husband Bobby. We didn't have a church to go to ...we had actually been out of church for 20 + years. Last year we began our serious search for a church that we both could feel welcome in and also be able to feel the presence of God, and that's when we discovered Dailey Street Baptist Church. We have no regrets.
 My husband, Bobby, and I are currently actively involved in different areas of the church. We enjoy the wonderful leadership and fellowship of all the people who come here. None of us here are a perfect people and we won't be until Jesus returns to transform us to His likeness but I can tell you that there is a lot of love here. And I finally have some real friends that I can honestly call "Friends". I thank God every day for this special church.

H S Law
H S has been a member of Dailey Street since 1987 and is its senior deacon. He and his wife, Carolyn, serve in many positions throughout the church and encourage others to work for the Lord. The benefits of doing so are out of this world!
 I just believe we are the loving church we say we are. We extend out love to visitors and all are welcome. If you want to hear good old-fashioned preaching, Dailey Street is the place for you!

Dewey Morgan
Dewey serves on the Buildings & Grounds Committee and is dedicated to serving the Lord through his work on the upkeep of the facilities. (He does a great job, too!)
 I love the Lord and would like to see you come to church with us in you don't already have a church.

Victoria Emigh
I'm Victoria Emigh and I have been a member of Dailey Street Baptist Church since I was 7 years old. I personally don't believe that I am religious or simply a church-goer. I am a Christian, and Jesus Christ is my best friend.
 At this church, I gave my life to Him. I was baptized and have grown as a person, as well as in my walk with the Lord, at this wonderful place, filled with wonderful and loving people who are all there for the same reason I am: We love our Jesus and want to know more about how to live for & with Him. If you haven't a church home and you want people who will support and love you as a brother/sister in Christ, DSBC is the place for you :)

Ann Meeks
I am a native of Georgia and have lived in Piedmont for two years. I am so thankful God led us to Dailey Street BC. I teach the Joy Sunday School Class and would like to encourage any ladies that read this to come join us!
 I just love the Lord...and I love you. We'd love to see our church grow in the Lord. Won't you help us?

Erlene Fann
Erlene came to Dailey Street BC in 2002 when she moved to Piedmont from Venice Florida. She loves doing church work and studying God's Word.
 "If you are looking for a church home, Dailey Street is the one for you. The members are all friendly, loving and God fearing people. When we came from Florida I was going to visit around to different churches in the area but I walked into Dailey Street BC and never walked out.

Margaret (Granny) Spears
"Granny" has been a member since she was baptized in 1965 while her brother Cup Rutherford was the Pastor. Her parents were also members of Dailey Street BC. Granny is over our Card Ministry and spreads God's love and blessings through her work for the church.
 Everyone calls me Granny because I love everyone. Be a blessing to others and God will Bless you! Work for the Lord and always try to do His will.

As most of you know, Margaret (Granny) Spears passed away Sunday morning. Her visitation will be here at Dailey Street Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 6:00 pm. There will be a memorial service, conducted by Bro. Tim Smith , her pastor, here at the church at 7:00 pm. following the visitation. Her funeral service will be on Wednesday at 2:00 pm. at Dailley Street Baptist church and will be conducted by Bro. Wendell Dutton. Floral arrangements are being accepted. A meal will be served in the fellowship hall of Dailey Street Baptist at 12 Noon on Wednesday, November 10, 2010. Please keep all family and friends in your prayers. She will be missed by all.
 

Marcel Emigh
Dailey Street Baptist Church is "Home" for Marcel.  Her parents were members when she was born so she was "born and raised" at Dailey Street.  Accepted Jesus as her Savor and was baptized in Terrapin creek at the age of  eight.

 

 I would like to encourage each and everyone to read and study God's Word.  I have found no other book as exciting, rewarding and life changing as God's Word.
